Beverly Kimbro

Beverly Kimbro is the Founder and CEO of Byond the Tears, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people recognize and begin healing from grief that is often unseen, unspoken, or misunderstood.

Drawing from her own life experiences, years of leadership, grief education, and a deep compassion for others, Beverly created Byond the Tears as a safe place where people can feel heard without judgment. She understands that grief is not limited to death. It can also come from losing a relationship, an identity, a dream, a role, a sense of safety, or the life you thought you would have.

Beverly is also a CPD AI Consultant and Strategist. She uses technology and creativity to develop tools, resources, and programs that make healing, education, and community support easier to reach.

Byond the Tears was created for the people whose pain has no ceremony, sympathy card, or clear ending. We help people name what they are carrying, understand that their feelings are valid, and begin taking gentle steps toward clarity and renewed purpose.
